The Problem
A security compliance SaaS company was busy and understaffed. The sales team was manually researching prospects on LinkedIn and Crunchbase when they had time, which was not often. They were sending generic cold emails and getting sub-1% reply rates. What We Built
We built an automated lead pipeline. A data agent pulls fresh company profiles from Crunchbase matching their ICP: recently funded startups in fintech, healthtech, and B2B SaaS that are hiring for security or compliance roles. For each prospect, an AI writer researches the company and generates a personalized cold email referencing their funding round, the compliance frameworks their industry requires, and the pain of doing it manually before an audit deadline. Emails are sent through a warmed domain rotation system with automated follow-up sequences. Replies route into HubSpot with lead scoring so the sales team only talks to people who are already interested.
